Welcome to the official site for European Senior Flag 2009 Congratulations to Denmark (Men) and Austria (Women) the new EFAF European Senior Flag Champions, and to the MVPs Jenni Wahlberg (Finland) and Jakob Espersen (Denmark) Flag football is a recreational, non-contact version of American football that is played widely as a co-educational sport on college campuses all over the USA. This year Belfast (Northern Ireland) is to host the European Men's and Women's Seniors Flag Championships. The Irish American Football Association are proud to be the host association for these championships. This is the first time Ireland will host an EFAF tournament and first time an Irish team have entered an EFAF Flag tournament This event will take place from September 12th to 13th 2009.
